  You realize that her husband 40 years ago did not age and kept searching for her all that time. Plus Yuki’s sister touched him and he said she’s not cold. I’m pretty sure she’s actually very cold from the look on her face daring him to withstand how cold she is. Meaning he can be near Yuki even if she’s cold and warm her up. I don’t know how he became immortal like her but it probably has something to do with remembering her and her ‘wish’ about wanting to be with him forever. Or that’s just my wishful romantic thinking. XD So in the end her wish came true.
